TITLE:
Removing section of
Whereas a
relocation of Iowa 60 during its improvement near the vicinity of Hartford in
Warren county leaves a portion of old Iowa highway 60 which the Commission
desires to remove from the primary road system, and
Whereas the
county desires that this section of road described in an agreement signed by
the Board of Supervisors and on file in the Secondary Road Department be made a
part of the local secondary system, and agrees to waive the statutory waiting
period, now
Therefore be
it ordered that this section of highway be removed from the primary highway
system and added to the local secondary road system of
